  I'm going to start my review with I think it is unprofessional to review your own business which this place has clearly done. So I would recommend taking all of their positive "5 Star" reviews with a grain of salt.
  
  From my experience I would recommend another rental location. You can get better treatment elsewhere from better people. Give your money to somebody that will care about you instead of treating you like dirt.
